STAND UP PADDLE LESSONS
FITNESS + YOGA
Join me on a stand-up paddle adventure, where we offer private or group paddle classes and an awesome workout while cruising around Marina Del Rey Harbor. We’ll start the journey on land with paddle instruction, water safety tips, yoga stretch, and then head out on the water for an incredible paddle experience. If we're lucky, we'll see sea lions, sea birds, and maybe even dolphins or whales! Photos and videos are included in every experience too.
Along our journey, while we get fit on our boards, let's discuss the effects of climate change and plastic pollution on our ocean planet. High fives go to whoever asks the most questions, comes up with new solutions or picks up the most rubbish on their board. After paddling, I love to guide the class in short floating meditation to soak in the air and water.
